The AI recruiting operating system for small teams.
Opangle doesn't just store your candidates. It reads them, ranks them, screens them, schedules them, chases them, and onboards them — and tells you what needs your attention today.
No hiring decision is made by AI
Opangle produces scores, summaries, rankings and drafts. A named person accepts or rejects, and every AI-influenced decision is recorded with the material that was on screen at the time. There is no setting that turns this off, no automatic rejection, and no threshold that filters anyone out. Candidates are told AI is used, on the careers page and on the application form, and that notice cannot be disabled either.
What it actually does
It reads every CV
Not the thirty you got to. Every applicant is parsed into a structured profile within about a minute of applying, whatever the layout.
It scores against your criteria, with evidence
Every score shows the reasoning per criterion and the line of the CV behind it — and separately, what the CV did not address, as questions to ask rather than reasons to pass.
It tells you what needs you today
Someone waiting too long, a scorecard nobody filled in, a strong applicant nobody opened, a candidate turned down and never told.
It closes the loop into onboarding
The moment an offer is accepted the candidate becomes an employee, with a programme built from the job and the panel's own scorecards.

Your calendar and your inbox, not ours
Scheduling
Connect Google Calendar or Microsoft 365 and Opangle offers candidates times you are genuinely free, then writes the interview into your calendar with a meeting link. It reads your free/busy — not the contents of your meetings.
Candidate email
Mail goes out from your own address so replies come back to you and the thread sits in your Sent folder. Opangle reads replies only on threads it started with a candidate, so their answer lands against their application. It never reads the rest of your mailbox.
Read the privacy policy for the exact scopes and what each is for, or the security page for how data is separated.
