How is $1,999 possible when agencies charge $25k+?+
We've productized the process. Years of building HR systems means we start from a battle-tested internal foundation and spend the engagement customizing it to your rules — not reinventing login screens. You get custom-fit software at a fixed price because our process is fixed, not because corners are cut.
Is it really no subscription? What about hosting?+
The $1,999 covers design, development, deployment, and handover — no recurring fee to us. Hosting is yours: we set it up on your own account (typically $5–$20/month paid directly to the host), or you can take our optional $49/month care plan and never think about it.
Do I actually own the code?+
Yes — full source code, database, and deployment access are handed over at launch, with ownership assigned in the contract. Any developer can maintain or extend it after us.
Can it handle my country's payroll rules?+
Salary structures, allowances, deductions, and tax formulas are configured per your local rules during discovery. For statutory filings we generate the reports your accountant needs; we don't file on your behalf.
What if I need changes after launch?+
Bugs and spec mismatches are free for 60 days. New features are quoted as small flat-fee projects — most requests land between $150 and $500. No retainers, no hourly meters.
How many employees can it support?+
Unlimited. There is no per-seat anything. Teams from 5 to 500+ run on the same build; the architecture is sized to your headcount during discovery.
What do you need from me to start?+
One 45-minute call, your leave/pay policy documents (even rough ones), and an employee list for import. We handle everything else.
